This role is ideal for a highly skilled electrical professional who excels at mentoring crews, optimizing field workflows, and enforcing superior quality control. You will directly oversee daily field activities, maintain builder relationships, and drive operational efficiency in a calm, supportive environment that rewards team success.\n\nHow You Will Make an Impact:\n\n Supervise, mentor, and coordinate daily job assignments for residential electricians, apprentices, and field crews.\n Conduct thorough field inspections to ensure rough-ins, trims, and final installations meet company standards and National Electrical Code (NEC) compliance.\n Serve as the main site contact with builders, project managers, and trade partners to maintain construction schedules and resolve scheduling bottlenecks.\n Troubleshoot complex residential electrical challenges on site, providing clear technical direction and problem-solving guidance to field personnel.\n Enforce company safety policies, conduct safety checks, and strictly maintain OSHA safety requirements across all project sites.\n Monitor crew efficiency, track daily production progress, manage material consumption, and review job labor allocation.\n Participate in interviewing, onboarding, continuous technical training, and performance evaluations for field staff.\n\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\n\n High school diploma or GED equivalent.\n Minimum of 8 to 10+ years of dedicated residential electrical experience, with up to 20 years preferred.\n Minimum of 6 years of proven job management, job site supervision, or crew leadership experience.\n Deep, working knowledge of residential new construction electrical systems and current NEC regulations.\n Valid driver's license with a verified clean driving record.\n Exceptional leadership, site organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Experience:\n\n Extensive history supervising high-volume residential new construction electrical crews.\n Strong proficiency in reading blueprints, schematic designs, and complex electrical layouts.\n Prior experience managing production home builder standards and site expectations.\n\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\n\n Annual base salary of $65,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonuses.\n Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance alongside life and disability coverage options.\n 401(k) retirement savings program featuring employer matching contributions.\n Paid time off including company holidays, vacation days, and sick leave.\n Company vehicle complete with a fuel card.\n Provided tech package including a smartphone and tablet for field management.\n Ongoing leadership development, technical training programs, and opportunities for advancement.\n\n\nAbout Us: \nBrilin Electric specializes in residential electrical services for new home construction.
