Adobe Experience Developer

Job Summary As an AEM Developer, you will design, develop, and implement high‑quality solutions within the Adobe Experience Manager platform, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences with optimal performance, scalability, and usability. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA, developers, and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet project requirements in an Agile environment. Customize and extend AEM functionality, settings, permissions, and workflows based on project needs and best practices. Integrate AEM with third‑party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration methods. Configure AEM workflows for content approval and publishing. Optimize AEM performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategies. Work closely with front‑end and back‑end developers to ensure a cohesive and efficient implementation of digital solutions. Provide technical support, deployment, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members and stakeholders. Document technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing. Conduct code reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure code meets established standards and project requirements. What We Are Looking For 10+ years of AEM development experience, including custom component development and platform integrations. Strong proficiency in Java, HTL, JavaScript, and related technologies. Familiarity with front‑end languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, Angular, and React; ability to integrate these with AEM and external systems like .NET RESTful APIs. Solid knowledge of AEM administration, Agile practices, version control, and CI/CD processes. Excellent problem‑solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. Salary & Location Salary Range: $130,000–$145,000. Location: Hybrid schedule in Phoenix, AZ; Fairfield, IA; or Des Moines, IA, requiring three days per week in the office. Benefits Paid time off, paid holidays, and floating holidays.
