Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager

Are you a high-energy, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant environment? We’re hiring experienced Restaurant General Managers and to join our fast-casual restaurant team in the Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, and Celebration, Florida areas!

What You’ll Love About Us:

· Competitive Base Salary – $55,000–$60,000+

We’re Looking For Leaders Who :

· Have Fast Casual Restaurant or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Restaurant management experience

· Bring hands-on leadership and a strong guest-service mindset (no clipboard managers here!)

· Know how to hire, train, and develop food service teams

· Demonstrate strong communication skills

· Can lead, inspire, and hold themselves and others accountable

· Preferably have no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years

· Bonus points for scratch kitchen leadership experience
