Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with mobility training, transfers, therapeutic exercise, and fall prevention preferred. Ability to document care in electronic medical records required. Client requires floating between two facilities within Danville, IL; candidate must be willing to float as needed.
