Position Overview
We are hiring an Assistant Event Coordinator to support the planning, organization, and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns in Baton Rouge.
This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in event coordination, operations, and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events and activations
* Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities
* Coordinate schedules, materials, and event logistics
* Communicate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
* Assist with customer engagement and brand representation during events
* Monitor event activities and report operational updates to management
* Help maintain organized event materials and documentation
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
