If you're passionate about oncology nursing, patient advocacy, telephonic care coordination, and making a meaningful impact from the comfort of your home, we want to hear from you! **Pay Rate** :$39/Hour **Location Requirements:** Must live in the Greater Houston, TX area and be able to attend: - Onsite training in The Woodlands, TX - Periodic in-person meetings as required **_Candidates must also maintain:_** - Reliable high-speed internet - HIPAA-compliant private home workspace **Schedule:** Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule while helping patients navigate their cancer care journey. **What You'll Do** As a Remote Oncology/Hematology RN, you'll serve as a trusted resource for patients and caregivers by: Providing telephonic patient assessments and support Coordinating care across multidisciplinary oncology teams Educating patients on treatments, medications, and symptom management Identifying barriers to care and connecting patients with resources Supporting patients throughout the entire cancer care continuum Documenting patient interactions within electronic health records (EHR) Collaborating with providers to ensure timely, appropriate patient care Delivering compassionate, patient-centered guidance every day **Required Qualifications** Active, unrestricted Texas Compact RN License (or other Compact State RN License) Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience At least 2 recent years of dedicated Oncology/Hematology nursing experience (hospital or clinic setting) Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or ability to obtain certification within 1 year Strong communication and critical-thinking skills Experience using EHR systems and telecommunication platforms Ability to work independently in a remote environment Must be local to the Houston/The Woodlands area **Preferred Qualifications** BSN Preferred Telephonic Triage Experience Remote Patient Care Experience Oncology Navigation or Care Coordination Experience **Non-Negotiable Requirements** Must have at least 2 recent years of dedicated Oncology/Hematology nursing experience Must hold an active Compact RN License Must reside in the Greater Houston, TX area Must be available for onsite training and meetings in The Woodlands, TX **Ideal Candidate** Passionate about oncology patient care Comfortable working remotely and independently Skilled in patient education and care coordination Experienced supporting oncology patients through complex treatment plans Committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences **_Apply today and let Adecco Healthcare connect you with a rewarding opportunity where you can continue making a difference in the lives of oncology patients every day!_** Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
