Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist United Talent is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist

for a full-time opportunity. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with financial records, and experienced in day-to-day accounting functions. Schedule & Pay Monday–Friday- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay:

$18.00 per hour Responsibilities Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records Complete bank and account reconciliations Balance accounts and review financial transactions for accuracy Prepare and maintain financial reports Organize and maintain financial documentation and transaction records Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Track company property taxes and ensure payments remain current Assist with the company’s tax-related responsibilities Work closely with the company accountant during annual tax preparation Maintain familiarity with payroll processes and documentation; however, this position will not be responsible for processing payroll Maintain accurate and confidential financial information Assist with additional accounting and administrative responsibilities as needed Qualifications Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is required Experience with accounting software required; QuickBooks experience is preferred Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Experience with account reconciliation and financial record keeping Familiarity with payroll processes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn Basic CRM knowledge Strong computer and communication skills Benefits Once hired on full-time, employees are eligible for: Health insurance 401(k) Life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys keeping financial operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly.
