ENT Physician (Outpatient) - Brooklyn, NY (with Manhattan/Flushing Coverage)

ENT Physician Opportunity

HealthPlus Staffing is working with a well-established, multi-specialty medical group in New York City that is seeking a full-time ENT physician to join their growing outpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy practice with strong patient demand and rapid expansion plans.

Location

Primarily Brooklyn, NY with 1 to 2 days per week in Manhattan or Flushing

Practice Setting

• 100% outpatient
• General ENT
• High patient volume with strong referral base
• Supportive multi-specialty environment

Schedule

• 5-day workweek
• 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Flex option: 3 weekdays + both weekend days

Language Preference

• Cantonese or Mandarin preferred
• Conversational proficiency acceptable

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $450,000
• Additional bonus structure
• Competitive overall package

Timeline

• Interview to offer in approximately 1 week
• Credentialing takes several months
• Spring or Summer 2026 start date

Requirements

• Board eligible or board certified in otolaryngology (ENT)
• Active or eligible for New York medical license
• Interest in high-volume outpatient practice
