About the Role:

Secured Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse to join our growing team in Marietta, GA. Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home environment, including wound care, medication management, and IV therapy

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition

Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care

Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety

Administer treatments and medications as prescribed and per clinical protocols

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Georgia

Previous home health, home care, or community nursing experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload with minimal supervision

CPR/BLS certification required
