Position: Care Provider – Hiring Immediately! Shift, Time, and Days: Full-Time, NOC Shifts. Pay Range: $17.87 – $19.00 per hour. Respond promptly to residents’ needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality. Communicate any observed changes in resident condition to a supervisor immediately. Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests. Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues and other departments. Qualifications: Experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate. Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED. Excellent customer‑service skills. Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families. Must pass a criminal background check and health screening, including physical and TB tests. May be required to complete vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear PPE to protect residents and staff.
