About Our Client

Our client is a Georgiabased commercial drywall and interiors contractor with a strong reputation for delivering highquality work across a range of commercial projects. Known for their speed, precision, and reliability, they maintain longstanding relationships with general contractors by consistently executing both preconstruction and field operations at a high level.

Job Description

• Manage drywall and interior scopes from preconstruction through project completion
• Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, takeoffs, and bid packages
• Transition awarded work from estimating into active project management
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and cost controls
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure project execution
• Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and constructability
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billing processes
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain schedule and budget
• Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, clients, and vendors

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience in commercial drywall construction
• Proven experience in both estimating and project management highly preferred
• Strong ability to perform takeoffs, pricing, and cost analysis
• Knowledge of drywall systems, framing, finishes, and interior sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
