GENERAL SUMMARY

Cathay Bank is seeking an Enterprise Risk Data Analytics Manager to serve as a key analytical partner to the Bank’s second line of defense Risk Management organization. Reporting to the Director of ERM, this role is designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between technical data management and high-level risk strategy, resulting in more informed, data‑driven decision‑making and stronger analytical support for senior leaders and risk partners. The candidate is someone who can design data structures for risk monitoring and build simple quantitative models - using regression, predictive, and scenario analysis - to help anticipate and manage material impacts. The ideal candidate understands how to turn raw data into a clear story that helps the bank stay within its defined risk appetite while navigating an evolving economic landscape.
