More personal time daily than the average retail role. Responsibilities Engage customers on the service drive and sell tires to exceed assigned goals. Perform quick tire inspections. Identify and explain tire‑related issues, recommend service, and quote prices. Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership teams. Support store operations such as inventory, opening/closing, and reporting. Represent Dealer Tire as the go‑to tire expert in a premium OEM automotive dealership. Qualifications 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience; automotive experience preferred. Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills. A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts. Comfortable using computer‑based tools and order systems. Proven ability to build rapport, explain products, hit sales goals, and stay organized.
