Salary Range $22.00 - $24.00 Hourly

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Double check incoming paperwork for accuracy.
• Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments for trucks.
• Organization of Shipping/Receiving documentation and paper flow
• Assist with data entry (Shipping/Receiving)
• Other duties as assigned by Management and Leads

Requires Qualifications/Education/Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of prior administrative (shipping and receiving tasks) experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Computer skills – working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & Outlook
• Prior experience working with an ERP, SAP/Ross knowledge preferred
• 10-key by touch
• Ability to type 40 words per minute.

• Ability to sit at a desk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to work in an area where temperatures fluctuate.

Job Environment

• Manufacturing environment – Conditions can be hot, cold and wet
• Must be willing to work weekends and or holidays
