• 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm with occasional weekends
• 35 guaranteed hours
• Skilled nursing adults and geriatrics caseload
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• Minimum 1 year SNF experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• 13 week assignment
