Position Summary Reporting to the Regional Director, the Clinic Manager’s main duties include leading the day-to-day operations of the clinic, overseeing patient treatments, onboarding new employees, training current staff, reviewing treatment plans, and serving as a key community resource to enhance patient health and quality of life. Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist. Current CPR Certification. Salaried Ranges Salaried ranges listed are for full‑time (40 hour) employees. Additional pay such as incentive, GAP, overtime, and stipends are subject to the rules of each program and may not be available in all locations. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Minimum Salary/Wage USD $90,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary/Wage USD $116,000.00/Yr.
