Role Overview As a Radiology Technologist - Account Manager (Diagnostic Imaging Equipment/Service/Parts/Supplies), you will manage and expand an assigned territory by strengthening existing relationships and delivering responsive, solutions-based support across imaging equipment, service contracts, parts, probes, and supplies. This role is fully remote (Boston, MA) with ~50–60% travel and a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, with occasional evenings/weekends. Key responsibilities include maintaining the current customer base; identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities; leading post-sale support and issue resolution; acting as the customer voice internally; selling new X-ray service contracts and supporting renewals; growing medical supplies sales; selling ultrasound equipment/parts/probes; coordinating with service, manufacturers, and sales leaders; preparing weekly activity/market reports; and maintaining accurate CRM records. Required Qualifications Certified Radiologic Technologist (R.T., CT, or MR) 3–5 years of sales and/or radiology equipment technical experience Knowledge of B2B imaging solutions and service contracts; executive-level communication Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) Apply if you’re ready to combine clinical credibility with consultative account management. How Your Days Flow Your day typically starts by reviewing CRM notes, open requests, and renewal timelines, then prioritizing outreach to accounts across your territory. Between virtual meetings and on-site visits, you’ll align stakeholders on next steps, confirm timelines, and document progress so internal teams can execute smoothly. Travel days are planned in blocks to maximize face time with key departments, while non-travel days focus on follow-ups, pricing/quote review, and keeping weekly activity and market updates current. You’ll regularly shift between tactical details (status checks, documentation, coordination) and higher-level conversations with department leaders and executives—keeping communication clear, accurate, and timely.
