Shipping Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Shipping Supervisor to lead a critical department within a stable, well-established manufacturing operation. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Plant Manager, with responsibility for ensuring efficient, customer-focused outbound logistics and delivery execution.
This position is best suited for a hands-on leader who understands how to manage shipping operations in a dynamic production environment and can effectively prioritize, plan, and execute daily shipments.
Key Responsibilities

- gPlan and coordinate outbound shipments to maximize load efficiency and meet delivery commitment
