BDC Representative

Starting at $15/hr + Commission | $38,000–$55,000+ Avg. Annual Potential Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to join our team at Clermont CDJR. This is a great opportunity to grow with one of the nation’s largest, family-owned automotive groups in a fast-paced and supportive environment. No experience required! Compensation Hourly Pay: Starting at $15.00/hr Commission:

• 15 per customer brought into dealership
• 20 per customer that buys

After 90 days: $25 per Show and $25 per Sold Earnings typically align with the national BDC average of $38,000–$55,000+ annually, depending on performance.
