What You'll Do Provide exceptional, patient-first care alongside our Physical Therapists Treat a primarily orthopedic outpatient population Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and quality of life Collaborate with an experienced and supportive clinical team Contribute to an outstanding patient experience Be an active part of the clinic's culture and continued growth Who We're Looking For We're looking for a PTA who is motivated, personable, and team-oriented — someone who takes pride in delivering excellent care and wants to be part of a progressive, growing organization. Current Maryland PTA license or eligibility for licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-first mentality Passion for exceptional patient care Desire to continue learning and developing professionally Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but the right person and attitude matter just as much to us.
