OrthoSynetics supports 300+ orthodontic and pediatric dental practices in the United States with a focus on improving revenue growth and profitability. Services provided are revenue cycle management, marketing, human resources, purchasing, consulting, real estate services, accounts payable, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections.

Duties and Responsibilities

Available to make outbound and receive inbound calls

Maintain the following goals:
Abandon Rate - 5% or less
Pause Time - 5% or less
After Call Time - 15% or less
Ability to solve practical problems with customers and deal with a variety of personalities leaving the customer feeling that they were assisted in a professional and fair manner
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret billing statements, financial screens, and patient collection reports
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
Ability to prepare clear and concise written materials to customers
Ability to effectively present information to supervisors and accounts managers
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formats

Job Requirements/ Qualifications

2-4 years or related experience
Fluency in Spanish is preferred
Clear speech and pleasant telephone demeanor
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
Intermediate computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel

Education and/or Licenses and Certifications

High school diploma or its equivalent
