How you'll make an impact:

• Own day-to-day service for a group of accounts and help keep work moving from start to finish.
• Partner with the production team on renewals, help deliver the right solution on time, and support efforts to secure existing business and grow additional coverage and services.
• Support renewals and help spot opportunities for more coverage or services.
• Build steady relationships with client contacts, while working in a team that values clear communication, support for one another, and doing the right thing.

About You:

• Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.
• Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.
• Behaviors: Ability to communicate clearly by phone, email, and in writing. Ability to track details, documents, and deadlines with care. Able to use business systems and tools to support client service work. Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.

Compensation and benefits:

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
