CRNA GI Anesthesia

A premier outpatient GI center in the Andover, Massachusetts area is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their established anesthesia team. You'll provide anesthesia services in a modern 2-room GI suite managing 1517 cases daily in a streamlined, efficient environment. The schedule is designed for work-life balance - standard hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and when cases finish early, everyone goes home early. Compensation & Benefits

Salary Based on Experience:

• 15 years: $260,000$290,000 annually
• 510 years: $290,000$310,000 annually
• 1015 years: $310,000$340,000 annually

Schedule: 3240 hours per week | 7:30 AM 3:30 PM (early dismissal when cases finish and get paid for the entire day) 4-5 days a week.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for GI procedures including colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, and advanced diagnostic procedures
• Manage 1517 cases daily across 2 procedure rooms in a fast-paced, well-organized GI suite
• Conduct pre-procedural assessments and patient evaluations to ensure optimal outcomes
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and provide post-anesthesia care and recovery oversight
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists, nursing staff, and the care team to maintain seamless patient flow and safety
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all anesthesia services

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Current CRNA certification and active Massachusetts licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality care
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a high-volume outpatient setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
