Patient Service Representative - Specialty Clinic
New Braunfels, TX

We're partnering with a well-established specialty clinic in New Braunfels to add a Patient Service Representative to their growing team. If you have experience in a medical front office and enjoy helping patients navigate their care, this is a strong opportunity to join a supportive and professional environment.

Position Details:

• Onsite role in New Braunfels, TX

• Pay: $15-$18/hour (depending on experience)

• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Dress code: Solid, dark-colored scrubs

• Contract-to-hire (600 hours) with long-term potential

What You'll Do:

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes

• Verify insurance coverage and complete prior authorizations

• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records

• Answer and direct incoming patient calls

• Deliver a professional and positive patient experience

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of medical front desk experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A patient-focused, team-oriented approach
