Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead the team at Par Mar Store 220. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and motivate store employees to achieve performance goals. Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue. Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and analyze sales reports and store performance metrics. Train, develop, and evaluate store staff to enhance skills and productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
