• Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 5:30pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 2:00pm

What You'll Do

• Manage the service workflow from customer check-in through vehicle delivery.

• Collect and document customer concerns, vehicle information, mileage, and requested services.

• Review vehicle needs and use available information to identify appropriate maintenance recommendations.

• Explain service recommendations, pricing, and estimated completion times.

• Monitor repair and service progress and communicate updates when timelines change.

• Coordinate with technicians to help maintain efficient workflow and minimize delays.

• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and document relevant observations.

• Maintain accurate customer and service records in dealership systems.

What You'll Bring

• 1 year of customer-service experience; automotive or dealership experience

• Comfortable working with detailed information, spotting inconsistencies, and keeping records accurate and complete.

• Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, schedules, and multiple data points.

• Comfortable reviewing multiple pieces of information, identifying patterns or gaps, and using the data to make informed recommendations.

• Comfortable tracking multiple vehicles, customers, and timelines without losing accuracy.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00, plus bonus opportunities.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
