Talent Acquisition System Specialist - Office of Human Resources Management

This position is located in the Talent Acquisition Center (TAC), Office of Human Resources Service (HRS), Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM) and reports to the Deputy Director, TAC. Duties Oversees and implements the procedural, substantive and operational processes associated with the utilization of the Talent Acquisition System (TAS) enhancements, upgrades, and new modules. Plans, develops, and implements staff guidance for system updates and policy requirements. Troubleshoots and resolves minor to complex issues by collaborating with the TAS provider and cross-functional HR teams including the HR Links team, Personnel Processing and Records Management (PPRM), and the HR Technology Center. Provides guidance and technical advice to agency HR specialists on processes and best practices related to the Talent Acquisition System (TAS). Design and deliver new and refresher training for each role in process/workflow. The GS-13 salary range starts at $108,173.00 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. Locality pay will be determined upon selection. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: Providing technical guidance and support on Monster Government Solutions, Apply Government Solutions or similar talent acquisition systems, including system processes, workflows and business requirements. Troubleshooting and resolving talent acquisition system processes, and operational issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams and/or external vendors. Evaluating talent acquisition system functionality, reviewing business requirements, and recommending process or system improvements. Developing and delivering role-based training, creating instructional materials, and evaluating training and system demonstrations. Supporting Monster Government Solutions, Apply Government Solutions or similar talent acquisition system enhancements, updates, and new functionality by analyzing impacts, testing solutions, and coordinating implementation activities. Selective Placement Factor This position requires a special qualification that has been determined to be essential to perform the duties and will be used as a screen out element. This position requires the incumbent to possess demonstrated experience serving as a functional expert for the Apply (MGS) system, including implementing system enhancements, resolving technical and functional issues, developing guidance, and providing technical training and support.
