Step into a rewarding contract position providing essential speech-language pathology services to young learners in a supportive educational setting near Hartford and Oconomowoc, WI. This role, covering a maternity leave, offers a full-time schedule starting around the end of October, serving early childhood through third grade, with a strong focus on early intervention and development.

Take part in a collaborative environment with a 3:1 service delivery model and a team dedicated to student growth. The majority of your caseload will consist of EC through 1st grade students, with the opportunity to work with a small number in 2nd and 3rd grades. Anticipate working five days per week, 8 hours per day, but enjoy the flexibility of lighter Fridays—typically seeing just six students.

Pay for this role ranges from $45-51 per hour, based on experience, making it a highly attractive opportunity for both seasoned CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows.

What you bring:

• Active SLP license for the state of Wisconsin
• CCC-SLP certification (CFY candidates welcome)
• Experience in school-based speech-language pathology, preferably with pediatric populations
• Ability to deliver in-person and teletherapy services if needed
• Expertise with early childhood to elementary-aged students
• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff

Your responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students EC-3rd grade
• Assess and document student progress and maintain compliance with IEPs
• Collaborate with educational teams to ensure student success
