RN - Nursing Supervisor / Part-Time - Monmouth/Ocean Counties

We are a small home health care company servicing central NJ since 1973 and are looking for a part-time Nursing Supervisor. You will be responsible for efficient and effective delivery of all clinical and paraprofessional services. Primary Responsibilities Include: Ensuring qualified employees and contractors provide patient care in accordance with applicable laws & regulations and accepted standards of care Confirm that Interim HealthCare's policies and procedures are followed by all service providers Work in partnership with the Operations Manager and Owner to ensure qualified caregivers are recruited, retained, supervised, and evaluated Maintain on-call as scheduled for clinical questions during and after normal office hours Support new business initiatives Qualifications Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in NJ and have home care and management experience within the last five (5) years.
