LPN Job Posting – Buckhead (Every Other Weekend)

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Buckhead, GA

Schedule: Every Other Weekend Shift Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and clinically skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care for an adult client in a private home setting. The nurse will support medication administration, monitoring, documentation, and routine care needs to ensure safety and continuity of care.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care according to the established care plan
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition
Document all nursing care and communicate updates promptly
Assist with ADLs as needed to maintain client comfort and safety
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow agency policies
Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, highquality care

Requirements

Active Georgia LPN license
Current CPR certification
Reliable transportation
Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
Home health or medicallycomplex care experience preferred
Ability to work every other weekend from 9 AM–2 PM

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
