Job Description Job Description Maintenance Director Crossett, Arkansas A Nightingale Community A Great Opportunity to Lead Maintenance Operations at a Respected Skilled Nursing Facility A Nightingale Community in Crossett is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Director to oversee all building, grounds, and equipment maintenance for our Skilled Nursing Facility. As a dependable leader, you will take pride in keeping our facility safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff. Your work directly impacts resident quality of life and the smooth operation of the building. What You’ll Do Oversee all maintenance operations for the facility, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and equipment Ensure the building, grounds, and resident areas remain clean, safe, and fully operational Lead and supervise maintenance staff (if applicable) Manage work orders, vendor relationships, and service contracts Ensure compliance with state, federal, and life-safety regulations Participate in facility inspections, surveys, and emergency preparedness planning Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation What You Need Maintenance experience required Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or healthcare maintenance experience strongly preferred Solid knowledge of building systems, safety codes, and preventative maintenance Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional, dependable, and resident-focused approach A Great Opportunity to Lead With Purpose If you’re a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping a building running smoothly, A Nightingale Community would love to meet you.
