License: Valid nursing license accepted if pending
Certifications: BCLS

Must-Have:
- Acute care case management experience
- Willingness to work with both adult and pediatric patients

Description:
This position requires a registered nurse specializing in case management.
The role involves managing inpatient care for both adult and pediatric populations.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday with weekends required as needed.
A maximum patient ratio of 1:25 is expected.
Experience in a large hospital with acute care case management is preferred.
Candidates must hold current certifications in basic life support.
The facility provides services for various patient age groups, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
The daily census averages 500 patients.
Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services.
All candidates are required to complete compliance documentation in a timely manner.
Specific restrictions on time-off requests apply, particularly around major holidays.
This position is suitable for professionals who can provide comprehensive discharge planning and patient advocacy.
