Caregiver PositionDescription of the role: AbaCares Services is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide high-quality care to individuals in need. This position offers a competitive rate and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.Schedule: Tuesday–Friday 6/7 hours a day, day shiftPreferences: No genderEnglish-speakingSomeone reliable and professionalMUST NOT BE AFRAID OF DOGSScope: light housekeeping, minor bathing and dressing assistance, sometimes meal prep, mobility assistance, getting in and out of wheelchairResponsibilities:Assisting clients with daily living activitiesProviding companionship and emotional supportMonitoring and reporting changes in client's health statusFollowing care plans and ensuring client safetyRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, or similar role.Must pass a comprehensive background check.Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and follow care plans accurately.Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Physical ability to perform the position's duties, including lifting and transferring clients as needed.A commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic care to individuals in need.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate of $14.50 - $15.25Flexible scheduling optionsOpportunity for professional growth and developmentAbout the Company: AbaCares Services is a leading provider of home care services in Kemptom, Pennsylvania.
