Installation Support
Assist with the installation of interior and exterior signage
Help install channel letters, cabinet signs, monument signs, wall signs, dimensional lettering, vinyl graphics, and wayfinding systems
Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
Prepare installation areas and assist with project setup and cleanup
Follow installation instructions, drawings, and work orders
Assist with sign maintenance and repair projects
Replace sign components, lighting elements, and hardware as directed
Perform routine inspections and service work
Support troubleshooting efforts under the guidance of experienced technicians Qualifications
Previous experience in construction, carpentry, electrical work, maintenance, landscaping, general labor, or a related field preferred
No sign industry experience required; training will be provided
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record or Chauffeur preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting
Comfortable working at heights after appropriate training
Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day
