What You Will Do: Enthusiastically engage with guests upon arrival and graciously thank them for dining as they leave Ability to adapt to meet the changing needs of the restaurant and its guests Maintain a high-level of professionalism and community Be considerate and willing to help out fellow teammates Use critical thinking to handle difficult guest situations Manage reservations and walk-ins in the reservation system Identify investors and restaurant VIPs and notify their server Other tasks as assigned What You Need to Bring to the Table: An excellent service attitude and willingness to go out of your way to accommodate guests Experience using booking software a plus (Sevenrooms is a bonus!) Ability to excel and remain composed in high-pressure, high-intensity environments Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service Flexible hours are required (must be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays) Confident and takes pride in personal style and appearance Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.
