Product Management Director - Cell Analysis

Responsibilities
- Translate divisional strategy into actionable product and marketing initiatives aligned with growth objectives
- Develop long-term product portfolio plans and monitor market trends to refine strategies
- Lead multiple product management and marketing teams with defined structures and performance metrics
- Partner with R&D, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership on cross-functional execution
- Establish market segmentation, positioning, and value propositions that deliver measurable business results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years progressive product management, product marketing, or commercial leadership in cell analysis
- 5+ years people leadership experience managing managers and multiple functional teams
- Direct cell analysis industry experience; adjacent life science experience insufficient
- Proven track record developing and executing successful product portfolio strategies
- Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams
- Experience driving organizational transformation and operational excellence initiatives
Compensation: $171,600-$286,894/yr plus bonus, stock, and benefits
