What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners during pre-scheduled, company-provided appointments
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations
• Understand customer needs, goals, and budgets
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions
• Educate homeowners on products, materials, and financing options
• Build trust and create an exceptional customer experience
• Follow a proven sales process to close deals
• Maintain accurate customer records using company technology and CRM tools
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience required
• Home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, windows, siding, solar, or in-home sales experience is a major plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Competitive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to appointments
• Technology and CRM proficiency

Compensation

This is a commission-only position designed for sales professionals who want to control their income.

Average performers earn $120,000+ annually. Top performers regularly earn $250,000 to $350,000+ per year. There is no cap on commissions, giving you unlimited earning potential.
