Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Tulsa, Oklahoma

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Active Oklahoma license or eligibility
• Comfortable caring for adult and senior patients
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Interested in patient-centered, outcomes-driven care
