What You'll Be Part Of As a Project Coordinator, you'll help move projects from the first set of plans to successful completion by supporting our Project Managers with: Reviewing construction plans and specifications. Performing material takeoffs and assisting with project estimating. Coordinating project drawings, revisions, and documentation. Communicating with fabrication, vendors, customers, and field crews. Keeping projects organized and moving forward. Learning CAD software and additional construction management skills when needed. Ability to read blueprints or construction plans is preferred. Estimating, drafting, or project coordination experience is a plus, but we'll teach the right person. CAD experience is helpful but not required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving ability. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Eager to learn new software and construction processes.
