This entails transporting raw materials and finished goods throughout the distillery, loading and off-loading of trucks for receipt/shipment, and the building and delivering of Tasting Room orders using the forklift./ph3Job Responsibilities:/h3ulliUsing forklifts and pallet jacks to transport finished goods and raw materials around the warehouse./liliLoading and unloading of trucks at dock./liliArranges and stages finished goods loads for orders, aligning with production schedule to ensure timely staging of finished goods orders for shipping./liliEscalates issues to management/liliReceive and distribute raw materials throughout organization./liliStack and palletize finished product and prepare for storage./liliUse a forklift to move materials and finished products./liliShuttle packaging between warehouses utilizing company truck./liliUnload packaging materials from pallets./liliLoad finished products onto pallets./liliMaintain cleanliness of primary and secondary warehouses./liliAdhere to all safety precautions, rules and guidelines./liliPerforming duties of Production team member when needed./liliEmbraces and fulfills the core values and culture of Cutwater Spirits./li/ulh3Job Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent required./lili2+ years experience in forklift operations required./liliValid Drivers License with clean driving record required./liliExperience with Inventory processes (preferred)./liliExperience driving non-CDL Box Truck (preferred)./liliPrior shipping/receiving experience (preferred)./li/ulh3Benefits:/h3ulliHealth benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Wellness and Tax-Advantaged Savings and Spending Accounts./liliLife Insurance and Disability Income Protection./liliGenerous Parental Leave and FMLA policies./lili401(k) Retirement Savings options with a company matching contribution./liliChance to work in a fast-paced environment among a company of owners./liliGreat Perks including product samples!/li/ul/div
