Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN Schedule : 7:00pm-7:00am Sunday; 9:00pm-3:00am Saturday Location/Setting Jacksonville 32207 Age Range Toddler Acuity Low, Feeding Tube Aveanna nurses work together to provide compassionate care and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes for patients. The role involves caring for children and adults in home settings. Qualifications Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice. Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary. TB skin test current within the last 12 months. Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
