We are looking for an Associate Buyer – Co-Manufacturing to support procurement execution and coordination with external manufacturing partners. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials and finished goods flow seamlessly to meet production and customer demand.

Where you’ll work…

Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility connected to our corporate headquarters.

Our operations include:

• On-site bakery producing best-in-class crusts
• Robotic packaging systems
• 24-hour shipping and receiving

This role will be fully onsite for the first 90 days to support onboarding, training, and cross-functional integration. After that period, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule, working 2 days per week in the office.

What you’ll do…

• Execute and manage purchase orders for finished goods, ingredients, and packaging
• Track orders, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate closely with co-manufacturing partners on production and shipments
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate data within ERP systems
• Investigate and resolve issues such as shortages, delays, and invoice discrepancies
• Partner with Supply Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate procurement documentation
• Support continuous improvement in procurement processes

What You Bring…

• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in food manufacturing or CPG environment (preferred)
• Exposure to co-manufacturing or contract manufacturing (a plus)
• ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
