Youth Care Coach: Transform Lives Through Mentoring

Jacksonville Youth Academy, a 24-bed all-boys program, seeks a Youth Care Worker to provide 24/7 safety and support. You will mentor and develop skills to help each youth thrive and work with staff to implement each youth's treatment plan. The role offers 12-hour shifts with guaranteed overtime and a pay rate of $19 per hour. A high school diploma is required, along with 21+ years of age and ability to pass background, drug, TB, and registry checks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
