Compensation: $1877 - $2262 | Shift: 3x12 Days

In your role as a Registered Nurse with a focus on Medical-Surgical care, you will be essential in assessing, planning, executing, and reviewing personalized patient care. You will lead the patient care team, ensuring that the highest standards of care are upheld during your shifts.

• Evaluate and monitor patient conditions, applying necessary interventions as required
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to create and implement tailored care plans
• Provide clinical leadership and support to the patient care team
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar setting
• Current Illinois nursing license is mandatory
• American Heart Association BLS certification is required
• ACLS certification (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of employment
• Weekend shifts are required every other weekend
