POSITION – General Labor

JOB LOCATION – Grafton

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift 2:00pm to 12:00am, Monday through Thursday

STARTING PAY – $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Prior manufacturing experience preferred

In this role, you will work alongside a punch press operator, assisting with the production of metal parts. This position requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist punch press operator with production tasks
• Inspect metal parts for quality and defects
• Sort finished parts according to specifications
• Package products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
• Strong reliability and attendance are required
• Good job longevity and stable work history
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Attention to detail when inspecting parts
• Ability to stand for extended periods
