Position Overview
We are seeking service-oriented and detail-focused individuals to join our team as Travel Concierges. In this role, you will create customized travel plans, assist with bookings, and ensure clients enjoy a stress-free travel experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate tailored travel itineraries for clients
- Book accommodations, transportation, activities, and special experiences
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients, handling requests and modifications
- Provide expert recommendations based on client needs and travel goals
- Stay informed on travel promotions, destination trends, and requirements
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environmentPrevious travel, hospitality, or concierge experience is a plus (not required)
- Passion for travel and creating unique client experiences
