Details Hospital-based physical therapy department Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Must be open to working any day of the week, as self-scheduling is not available 40 hours per week, 8–13 week contract Requirements Active and unrestricted SLP license (license required if applicable) Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist Current BLS certification SSN, driver's license, and date of birth required for consideration One professional reference required for consideration Additional Information Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates Previously employed permanent staff must obtain MSP approval prior to being considered RTO requests should not exceed 7 days for the duration of the contract Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification may be required depending on assignment unit American Traveler Job ID P-717845.
