Senior Financial Operations Analyst

Aerio Partners is partnering with a large organization to identify a Senior Financial Analyst who will provide financial planning, analysis, reporting, and decision support to business and operational leadership. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants broad exposure across financial forecasting, modeling, P&L analysis, cash flow, balance sheet management, operational performance, and strategic initiatives. Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Up to $112,000 base salary + 8% target bonus What You’ll Do Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning Analyze financial performance and explain key business drivers Prepare recurring financial reporting and variance analysis Support P&L analysis and performance management Assist with balance sheet and cash-flow analysis Build and maintain financial models supporting operational and strategic decisions Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate financial performance Identify cost-saving and profit-enhancement opportunities Analyze financial and operating data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Support strategic planning and business initiatives Provide financial analysis for projects and operational improvements Improve reporting processes and analytical efficiency Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to finance and business leadership What We’re Looking For Approximately 3+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, operations finance, or related experience Strong budgeting and forecasting experience Demonstrated financial modeling capabilities Experience analyzing P&L performance and financial results Exposure to balance sheet and cash-flow analysis Advanced analytical and data-analysis capabilities Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across the organization Strong project-management and organizational skills Ability to turn financial information into clear recommendations for business leaders Ideal Background Candidates with experience in corporate FP&A, operations finance, manufacturing finance, or another analytical finance environment should align well.
