The role partners with the CTO, PMO, Finance, and business leaders to improve financial visibility and inform strategic technology investments.FinanceThis position has significant exposure to the CFO, CTO, and CEO and is remote with flexibility to support all U.S. time zones. The work supports technology activities tied to client billable work, conversions, capital projects, and internal expense projects.The core focus is to strengthen weekly and monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, FinOps reporting, and total cost of ownership analysis. The role also helps improve reporting and planning processes through automation and standardization.## Key Responsibilities– Lead weekly and monthly forecasting for the Technology organization. – Own the annual budget cycle and recurring forecast process. – Build executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and variance analysis. – Partner with IT and PMO leaders on project financial performance. – Manage headcount, labor, capital, and operating expense reporting. – Support monthly close with financial analysis and variance explanations. – Develop business cases, financial models, and cost analyses for technology investments. – Prepare pricing and cost-rate analyses for new business opportunities. – Present financial results and recommendations to Technology leadership and executive stakeholders. – Improve financial reporting, forecasting, and planning processes through automation and standardization.## FinOps Responsibilities– Manage Technology FinOps reporting. – Identify cost optimization opportunities. – Allocate technology costs across lines of business to support TCO reporting.## Why You Might Be InterestedThis role offers broad exposure across Technology, Finance, PMO, and executive leadership.
