Effective communication and teamwork skills Description: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. This role is responsible for the supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The Operating Room Registered Nurse is accountable for supporting facility leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The role involves ensuring the competency of clinical staff and effective resource management related to patient care.
